“I purchased my hydrology 9 vape back in December , and I absolutely loved it , I used it regularly and couldn’t be happier with it . Fast forward to this past Thursday 3/22/18 my vape wouldn’t turn on , so I assumed it was dead. Plugged it in to charge.... and nothing DEAD, I was heartbroken. Called up customer service explained the issue , and was informed It was defected and I would get a new vape replaced at no cost to me. Not only did they replace my vape , it came in 3 days from California to Connecticut , not a refurbished unit ,but a brand new in the box with all the accessories. The crew at cloudious9 rock and so does their product . Seriously , I couldn’t love this vape anymore. Thanks for being awesome .”
“Just as advertised, amazing taste/flavor, and you actually can feel all the medicinal benefits from each particular strain, they are not burned off.
The unit is well constructed, easy to maintain, and you get between 4-6 uses on a charge.
The only negative I have is they offer me the free leather case after I already ordered it, there was also no spare gaskets either.
Overall I love it, I just need one for every room in the house.”
“The Hydrology9 vaporizer produces a very smooth, cool vapor to enjoy. It is a very well built and solid device. The vapor is not super dense but causes no irritation to the throat or lungs and the herb is not combusted but ends up a nice dark brown after vaporization at the Purple heat level. I do wish that the heating chamber was slightly larger. Cleaning so far has been a breeze. I highly recommend the Hydrology9”
“I enjoy the smoothness of the Cloudious9. You get the full flavor without the choke or the harshness. I'm still trying the to find the happy place for the water as sometime it leaks into the mouth piece. But overall I'm happy with my purchase. I hate that I missed the coupon for the carry case but I still took the discount and was happy with that.”
“It’s aweaome nothing like it. Video reviews say u can’t rip it, but you can!! After two cycles on red it’ll rip like a normal bong. Only negative would be it sucks to clean”
