“I love how smooth and crisp it made my weed taste! However, re-loading it takes awhile and I found the water chamber difficult to clean (smelly bong water). You have to empty the water, flip it upside down, take out the weed, flip it back to shake out the weed, flip it back to re-load, screw on the weed chamber, flip it back to put in water, screw the top back on, wait for 45-50 seconds, hit. Repeat after you’re done.”

“I love this product. The first time i ordered it i had an issue with the mouth piece where water was leaking but they replaced it for free and now i have absolutely no issue with leakage. I would recommend this to anyone and i already have friends who want their own. Its fantastic. Wish the battery lasted longer though, not the best battery life, just a few cycles like five maybe”
“When I purchased this I was really excited about the idea of a water vaporizer that utilized the plant rather than oil as that is more readily available to me at a reasonable price. This is certainly a quality built product with premium materials and the taste is excellent. But the function is lacking. The leaking issue isn't detrimental but considering that, by design you are placing it upside down to clean and repack it, a bit more consideration should have been given to the setup. It would seem, given the pricetag, that this product is purposefully meant to look and feel high end. minor issues like the leaking and counter intuitive loading and quick battery drain all detract from this. As for the battery I would gladly give up the LED lights altogether if it helped, honestly don't think I'll ever use the lightshow setting, but I think the larger issue is the battery itself. Ive also noticed that it often has trouble giving a consistent experience with each session, this could be do to my inexperience with the product although the directions aren't very specific and assume you are already familiar with using vaporizers so I doubt I missed any pertinent information. I think with a larger capacity battery, repositioned loading section, and moving towards minimalist style LED indicators this product would have long term value for me. But at this point with how little it lives up to the expectation I will probably not continue to utilize it in the long term. I can't say I'm unhappy with spending my money on this product even though I don't expect to use it consistently but I do think overall I've lost the excitement I had for this product before I received it. Overall I'd say it performs like a 50 dollar vaporizer (i.e it does it's job but nothing special) but is made with premium materials justifying the 200+ pricetag.”
“All in all this is a great product! I have been using and testing this over the past month now, the vape produces great quality vapor, which is extremely smooth and the taste is fantastic. This has become one of my favourite vapes to use around the home, the stirring tool is one of the best ideas I have seen implemented in a vape in a long time, coupled with water filtration these guys have really tried to push the boundaries of the conventional vape. There is definitely room for improvement in how the seals and glass chamber go together, it can be a bit fiddly to get a water tight seal sometimes. If you are looking for a vape that is portable and discreet, I would look at others, but if you are about home use and quality vapour then this rocks, as a bit of a vape collector, this is a must!
