“I must say I am extremely happy with the product. Never the less I have issues with it. It started to malfunction within 4 days of use. The led lights stopped working (the blue one first then the purple went).
I literally have had it for a full week and it started to malfunction? Did not expect that, especially from a well product like this. I was extremely happy to finally purchase it and use it, but. Not it starting to "crap out" like this, especially when nothing happened to it. No dropping, tumbling, playing etc. with.

“This is a great product. We love how smooth it is and flavor we get with it. Problem is, it is not leak proof. We don’t tip it, shake it around, etc, but when I turn it over to clean the bowl out and reload it leaks everywhere. I tried all the suggestions in the booklet and online, but nothing has helped. Other then that, we can’t complain at all.”
“First, the product looks and feels great. It feels like it's made from quality materials. I love the built in water filtration, I can get good vape that's very smooth and cool, no harshness. I get get large vapor clouds, very tasty. The glass mouth piece feels nice and the experience is enjoyable.
I notice it's lacking a power display, so I have no idea how much longer the battery will last before needing a new charge (it can take a few hours to charge fully and cannot be used while charging) which has led to several disappointing sessions.
The herb is loaded on the bottom, which requires turning the unit upside down. this can cause small leaks of water. I've noticed water can drip out from the airway on the bottom.
The unit requires a lot of cleaning, the airway seems to clog and can be difficult to clear out for an easy pull.
Overall I like the unit, and hope to see future products from cloudious9. Would love to have a battery indicator display, and a way to place the herb without flipping the unit upside down.”
