“I purchased the Cloudious9 About 2 months ago and have nothing but great things to say about the function of the device. The craftsmanship on the other hand is quite flimsy the glass in 2 places has already broken from putting cold water in the device. The replacements are like $40 for the glass of the mouth piece. I wish there was at least one free replacement after paying $200+ for the device.”
“I have been thoroughly pleased with the performance of my vape and the company. When I first unboxed the product however, and screwed on the top after putting water in it, the glass tube began to crack and in the process sliced my hand up. The company immediately ship me a new tube and since then my Vape has given me nothing but countless hours of happiness. My disappointment lies mainly with a small oversight and quality control for my product is manufactured in China this really doesn't offend me very much it's kind of to be expected.”
