“The product is really cool and I enjoy using it, but the customer service has been phenomenal! I think I had a previous version of the base unit and it got clogged and I just emailed them on a whim to find out how to clean it and they asked for me to send a video of the unit. Now this at first sounded like a practical joke, but I went ahead and did making sure to keep my face out of it and they immediately sent me a new base unit. The new base unit worked so much better than the previous one did, but when I originally put it all together i had to tighten the unit pretty hard to keep it from leaking. When I took it apart the first time to clean it, the glass broke and I couldn't use it anymore. I emailed them again hoping to get a replacement since it seemed like I had to tighten too much due to the new base and old glass not fitting well. The emailed me back right away that a new glass piece would be on its way. That's two times they did right by me with me really even having to ask them. I really am blown away by the quality of customer service, and I don't like writing reviews. The product is really great too, although I have longevity concerns, but the customer service is out of this world.”
“So I have to say, one of the more well thought out designed vapes. Clean, cool draws and tasty vapor production make this one of my favorite vapes. While not as portable as it is rough the size of a large flashlight, or lightsaber as I like to refer to it. The ceramic chamber that has the built-in stir tool is a nice touch. Definitely recommend this vape.”

“I love my Hydrology and I use it everyday. I have lung disease but with this I’m able to inhale more deeply without the harshness that most vaporizers cause. I wish battery life was longer but you can vape while it’s plugged in. Cleaning can be intense but if you’re not good about cleaning you’ll notice the performance suffers. Overall this is a very well built vaporizer and I would highly recommend — especially if you have any kind of lung problem. It’s s game changer.”
