And it the beat thing ever. Its extremely well built and the lights just make it so much better. Overall its the my go two vaporizer other then my cloupur cloutank m3 which I use when I'm on the go. And the case for the vaporizer is such a nice case for this vaporizer and makes it such a great buy.”
“I had high hopes for this product, unfortunately they have not been fulfilled. First off, love the design and build quality with one exception. It seems very well built and I love of weight. The problem with my unit however, is that the glass mouthpiece is not screwed into the underlying piece properly and sits at a slight angle which allows water to leak out. This does not appear to be a piece that is meant to be unscrewed except with a specialized tool and I guess I will eventually have to get out my tool kit and see if I can fix it. My biggest complaint though is flavor. Even at the lowest setting, my herb comes out tasting burnt, similar to most small pen size devices that handle flower. Simply because of the taste, I probably will rarely use the Hydrology 9. I would note that my main rig is a volcano which probably raised my taste expectations too high. Finally, I have seen in online reviews that something can be turned to increase air flow. That needs to be added to the instruction manual.

“Your overall product is good. The only negative I have found is the length of the object. It is about 3-4 inches shorter than I would like as I have big hands. And am constantly leaving fingerprints on the glass. Other than it being shorter than I like it is a wonderful product.

“I like everything about this vaporizer except for one thing. It's a real paid in the butt to load. If they had capsules you could pre-fill and load quickly, this unit would be absolutely perfect. Maybe even a funnel or something but the way it's set up now, it's just messy and a pain.

“Heat chamber where the material is placed seems stained for good- no biggie- "is it clean enough?" I have to keep stopping myself from asking. Charge time is a bit long but- works well while in use. No battery replacement available by owner, apparently Customer service didn't offer their solution other than 'you'll get 2 years about of use'- okay, let's see- let's see if Cluod9 is still in business .
