“Initially the unit I recieved was not functioning properly. However I was able to call the customer service line during business hours and be met by very polite staff. They were able to correct the problem immediately. The device operates very well and i am completely satisfied. Thank you to the staff! I'd recommend this device to anyone.”

Pros: 1. Pleased with the cloud I get with all settings. 2. Very easy to clean. 3. Looks sexy and makes for good discussion in a hot tub. 4. Nice quick buzz effect with the few draws I do get.
Cons: 1. B/C of the 2 minute cycle/ session time, you don’t really get time to enjoy the beauty of terpenes and the “groove time” before the blue light tells you that session is over. 2. It takes about 1 joint amount in the ceramic area, which only comes to about 8 pulls, using about half of the power. 3. Charge time is painfully slow, 2-2.5 hours, not good if you have the gang over.
Suggestion for tech team. I/we would rather see power diverted from party-lava lights (I”ll add my own) to having the ability to have longer sessions. For me longer sessions are one of my major key points. However, I will end by saying again, Very Nice Job. I am looking forward to seeing how this product will evolve over the next year.”
“I'm very satisfied with the hydrology9. I've tried some water adapters for other vapes and haven't been happy with the results. With the hydrology9 I get a cool and "dry" vapor. No water with inhalation.”
