“I am an early adopter of the Hydrology9. I read about it on a relative's facebook share. The appeal of the design intrigued me from the start, and I knew this device was going to provide me with the smoothest, cleanest hits available.
Let me say, on this expectation, the Hydrology9 does not fail, at all. This is impressive. In most of my usage of the device, I experience no harshness in my lungs, and every hit delivered a cold, sweet taste of the flowers I was heating inside.
My gripes, unforunately, haven't allowed me to award the Hydrology9 a full 5 out of 5. It has its design flaws.
The device, albeit not the hardest thing to clean, does make it a nightmare to clean in a setting away from home. The cleaning tools are necessary to properly clean it after your flowers are burned, and the device also needs water to serve its purpose.
The battery life is also very short. I experience the device losing all charge and shutting off after 2 hours of consistent usage.
I also wish there was a way to tell what temperature each color-coded heat setting is; that would have been so helpful.
Overall, this device is a pleasant alternative to other vaporizers (and bongs!). I am satisfied with my purchase, and I have already recommended it to members of my community that enjoy vaporizing herbal flowers, too.”
“I just recently received my new vape from Cloudious. I was so impressed with the build quality of the unit. The vape experience was second to none. The draw is very easy to make and best of all so smooth. No icky cotton mouth afterward, the cool vape was easy to take, so needless to say over did it a bit. I found the yellow setting was great and being able to rotate your herb is great, you get a nice, consistent even burn. No stinky smell afterward. Love it!!!”
“It's a great product, hits well, and looks really good. I do have three small issues with it, though. First, there's about a half-second to a second lag time between using the button and the lights doing anything, so sometimes it's hard to tell that you've actually done anything. Second, I wish you could put it in a mode where it just stays heated if you're using it with friends, it's kind of a pain to have to push the buttons and reheat in that case. Third, the percolator doesn't really do anything, because all of the vapor comes out one hole behind it. Having a few holes around the tube behind the percolator would make it more effective I think.”
