“I have been vaping herb for about 5 years. I am an occasional user, going through about a quarter ounce each month. I have used the DaVinci, Volcano, and Firefly.
This is, hands-down, the best vaping experience I have ever had.
I will get my gripes out of the way up front: The lack of temperature indication or any kind of display screen is irksome. I can see Cloudious9 wanting to do firmware updates that would allow for changes, but I don't think temp curves should be proprietary. Also, it is natural to invert the unit to refill when it is still filled with water. There is a slight leak at the top screw interface between the mouthpiece and the water chamber top. It is minimal and does not seem to affect performance, though you may get some water on a pull after doing this.
Otherwise, this device is everything I could have hoped it would be. It is extremely well built. Each part fits together seamlessly. The materials are all of the highest quality and craftsmanship. You can tell the engineers were told to dream big. But the looks aren't shabby either. Personally, the RGB is a bit too flashy when in demo mode, but I do like being able to see a single color glow. People have tried to describe what this looks like, and I like the light-saber analogy the best.
Using the functions is a bit of learning curve, but once you understand all the RGB feedback, it becomes abundantly clear what is going on at any given moment.
The battery lasts forever. The charge is relatively quick. The packaging was top-notch and all the included cleaning and use tools are greatly appreciated and I would say, even needed.
The pull is infinitely adjustable. If you can't find a good pull, hit some Indica and try again. It's there. And the vapor? Like butter. Honestly, I have taken some of the biggest hits of my life because I couldn't even tell there was cloud coming in or going out. This beast pulls out the delicate and beautiful flavors of each strain and makes you think you've never tasted good bud before.
I think the only real problem that I've run in to since getting this thing is I've been hitting it at least once a day, up from about once a week. The experience is that incredible. My favorite setting is the "Purple" heat setting. One nick below full-throttle Red. I get a high that is as smooth as a powder day in the Rockies.

“I really love this thing. I have been using it for a few weeks and am definitely not slowing down. Great vapor, great taste, great ingenuity, and overall a great product. Will definitely be looking at this company in the future. This product may seem gimmicky, with the bong like structure, but the gimmick truly pays off. There are some issues, with refilling the tank and some other small stuff, but those become less of an issue the more you become used to the product. One glaring issue is the exposed micro USB port, so far nothing has happened, but I can see water easily making it's way in there and destroying the device. Having the device come with tools and everything, really makes the value so much greater, I use the tools for everything! Overall incredible product.”
