“Not much to write about a glass cylinder, it arrived quickly and well packaged/protected though. That's what the stars are for, Cloudious9 is a super-cool company with great customer support. That's what matters to me most, whenever I had a problem with my Hydrology 9, they were on it right away. I trust them with my money because I've seen them back up their product expediently and without making me jump through hoops. The damage may even have been my fault. If your little stir hook comes loose from the base, make sure you put it back in correctly. I put it in wrong and it was too long and cracked the oven. Just be careful of that.”

“The cylinder is fine and the Hydrology is a great little unit. I love how modular everything is and it's quite simple to clean. The only issue I have is the rubber gaskets that seal the tube seating surface get shredded by the glass and leak. Customer support is great and has sent me new ones but they never last long. Every time you clean the unit it requires the glass tube to come out and you cut the gaskets putting it back together.”
“It is too bad the cylinder isn't thicker. Resin builds up in the tube so when you try to remove it, it is sticking to the device. I would like to add that Cloudious 9 is really the best retailer out there. Their assistance is beyond comparison.”
“I’m so clumsy that I broke my original tube the first time I washed it and dropped it in the sink and it shattered. I was wise enough to purchase this spare with my original order but this is clear my original was smoked.”
