“I really like vaping flower through the Hydrology 9 NX, although I would like a larger chamber but it's not a big deal. A Lot of thought has been put into this device and I really like it. I have had some issue learning exact how to use the concentrate insert. Obviously I understand where to put the rosin but not sure if it should be hot before I put it in or not. With that said I know I can call support and they will walk me through the exact process. Customer support is incredible and I recommend the bundle!!”
“The device is amazing! Since I opened the box I have been using it over the other devices that I have. The customer service alone deserves it's own category. They are on point, friendly and get back to you in a timely manner (more than other companies who shall remain nameless...talking about the G Pen company). They even refunded me the amount in shipping taxes cause I wasn't expecting to pay that amount. Overall this product is amazing and the customer service is stand out. Definitely recommending them to other people.
