“Having recently purchased a Sony A7iv, although very pleased with the camera overall, I was slightly dissapointed with the limited camera matching colour profiles on Lightroom CC and missed the choice of Fuji colour profiles I was used to being able apply. “Combined with the Base Pack for my camera, the Fuji Digital Emulations allow me to start my editing process either from a neutral starting point (Base Pack alone) or from a starting point that matches the look of my shot in the viewfinder. When I got my first Fuji, I was grateful for the good OOC JPGs and the fast workflow they gave me, but I struggled to match my RAW files to the JPGs. Since I need to store photos from different cameras in a consistent place, and don't see an alternative to Lightroom, I'm grateful that the emulations also allow me to choose a starting point that's closer to the look of my JPGs, so I can replace a quickly delivered JPG with a developed RAW that I can now process faster.
