“I buy off the internet all the time and this was my first time with Cocktail Kit. They have some good products. I ordered the stainless steel shaker. It arrived very quickly, about 2 days later. But it had a small dent on the side and splashed liquid when shaken, so I wasn't happy. I didn't complain directly because most online stores are hard to deal with. So I just mentioned it in a review. And then Steve at Cocktail Kit was straight on it. Contacted me and when he heard the story I had a new one inside 48 hours. Mistakes happen but its how they are dealt with that makes the difference. Cocktail Kit did the right thing, so I'm happy to order again from them. Support those people that do the right thing.”
