“These beads do make the most amazing hot chocolate however they aren’t great in a velvetiser. They caused the blade to stop spinning as they are too large for the machine to cope with.
Having said that, using hot milk in a pan does work much better. Would highly recommend as long as not using a velvetiser”
“The cocoa is nice- both the milk and dark chocolate melt well and taste rich with a range of notes. Comparing it to organic 100% cocoa and 70%+ cocoa from other producers my view is there are tastier and more competitively priced equivalents out there.”
