“Buyer beware. The last 6 boxes of 10 capsules we received are marked "best by June 2024" and we just bought them in May. I don't think CBTL is making new capsules since the machines have stopped being made. (We need a new machine, but CAN'T find one anywhere online)”

“The shipment arrived very quickly after I ordered it. Unfortunately the coffee pods were produced one or two years ago, and had an expiration date one month away. I attended to reach out to customer service, but there is no longer any customer service agents at the company. The only recourse is trying to send an email. None of my emails were answered . So the experience was entirely unsatisfying and unsatisfactory .”
