“While, this is a product I typically love, I am currently unable to brew it as my current CBTL machine (which is my 6th!) is not working and I can’t purchase a replacement on your website or get an email back from customer service. As a customer for many years, this is disappointing”

“The Premium Espresso is a really tasty, rich-flavored coffee with a beautiful aftertaste. Unfortunately, it's the ONLY good coffee among the long line of CBTL coffee capsules. Suggestion to the CBTL folks: if you can make one good coffee (your "Premium"), how about you try hard and make other good coffees. While we really enjoy this one, we would like some variety occasionally.”
