“We've had 4 CBTL CaffItaly machines over 10 years. We use the Premium Espresso Capsules exclusively. I hear they will be discontinued at end of 2023...we hope not!! We love them.”

“I don't know why I waste my time with CBTL. I enjoy the DECAF Espresso Capsules, but many times they are out of stock so I have to get the caffeinated Espresso instead. For medical reasons, I have to be careful with caffeine. The taste of both are excellent so I have persevered. HOWEVER! At least 4 times I have complained to CBTL "Customer Service" about my Caffitaly machine. It is a constant nuisance because I have to jump through hoops to get it to work without the red light flashing. I did everything I was told to do while troubleshooting the problem. Now, I have to run a cycle, without a capsule, to get the machine to work. THEN, I empty the water, pop in an espresso capsule and hope for the best. STILL, it only works about 1/2 of the time. I had hoped that the company would stand by their products and have the decency to exchange my defective Caffitaly machine for a new one that might actually work properly. I've had this problem for well over a year. CBTL "Customer Service" has given me lip service, but not customer service. If the coffee wasn't so good, I'd have bailed a long time ago!”

“French coffee pod was out of stock for longtime, therefore switched to expresso pods and Love them and continued…”

“This coffee never fails to satisfy us. It's simply delicious, strong as it should be for an espresso without being overly bitter. it hits all the right notes and leaves a prefect aftertaste on the palate.”

“I have been using CBTL Premium Espresso capsules for at least 5 years now. They are my go-to choice for my morning cup of coffee. I love a dark roast and these pods cannot be beaten. I reorder them as soon as I get low.”
