“I really like this coffee, but I would like it a little stronger. My only complaint is that it takes eleven days to get it shipped to North Carolina. My order went through ten different cities before arriving at my house.”

“The espresso is great, but the lack of customer service and inability to speak to a real person for customer service is unacceptable. It is also very disappointing that they can't keep the products in stock and outages can last weeks. So, the Italian Espresso is a great tasting espresso, if you can get it - and if the CBTL Caffitaly machine works. We drink 3-4 espresso pods per day - and have been through at least three of these newer machines, which are better than the previous versions - but definitely don't last more than a year or so if used frequently. The seals start leaking and it puts more water in the capsule tray than it does the coffee cup. I know the capsules are manufactured at the Caffitaly plant in Italy, but not sure if the CBTL Italian Espresso has another brand equivalent. We tried a few other Caffitaly capsules but haven't found any we like as well as the CBTL Italian and Premium espressos.”

“While I like the coffee very much, I find it irritating how long it takes from my on-line order to actually receiving it. It takes weeks. Still waiting for my last order. Is it available in any of your retail outlets in LA or Santa Monica?”

Yes, these capsules are available at our retail outlets in LA and Santa Monica. Sorry for the frustration. Unfortunately, most postal service couriers have suspended service guarantees for until further notice so it may take a little longer to receive orders placed with ground shipping.
