“At first I was upset that my Americano's tasted so bitter and realized that I may be doing something wrong while doing so. I followed the CBTL Americano instructions and sure enough... my Americano was sooooo delicious after the fact! I use this capsule solely for making an Americano. It's very specific to make the right cup. My suggestion is watch the instructions to make sure you're getting it right or else you might end up disliking the product.”
