“You should give the option to review the company in general. I really enjoy the 2 espresso capsule flavors I was able to order, but it seems that way too often, flavors I like are not in stock, especially when a discount is being offered. I like to order several flavors at once, to avoid multiple shipping charges, but it never seems to be possible. I also do not understand why a CBTL gift card can't be used online to purchase coffee. I tried calling by phone to use the gift card, but hung up due to a long time on hold. When my machine stops working, I most likely will not purchase another one, which is sad, because I do like the coffee.”

“The coffee is great. BUT. The customer service is really sad. Also they don’t have any new machines, so once your machine breaks down good luck to you”

“Of all the espresso coffee capsules I have tried this is the absolute best one. The only problem is finding it on the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf website which is not the most user friendly site and difficult to navigate. At any rate I hope they continue carrying this item because I am addicted to it.”
