“I ordered 10 16ct boxes.. I sent request to trade 1 box the arrived partially opened on top and bottom but have not received any response. The coffee capsules are great. CBTL's customer support is, so far, unresponsive.”

Oh no! Carrier tracking is showing that a train derailment caused a shipping delay, but not to worry. We show that the carrier was able to deliver the order on July 17th.
