“I would love to try my espresso capsules, but my Kaldi machine stopped working, and CBTL has left unanswered my two messages, submitted through the website. I used to call and speak to a person, but now the website is the only contact, and they don't reply. So the NINETY capsules I just bought just sit unused.”

“For me, I find the taste of the beans comes through better without as dark a roast. My only quibble with the online ordering is the packing peanuts! I don't know if these are the more eco-friendly ones, but I wish they'd use other material. They stick to everything, and are a pain to dispose of. Please, just stop!”
