“I tend to be skeptical when I see pods or capsules listed as light roast given there is no real standard for such terms. I was very pleased the taste showed no evidence whatsoever of being over-developed. I found it quite chocolate-forward with a pleasant sweetness I had difficulty in describing. While nothing replaces freshly ground coffee put through the rigors of making an espresso from scratch, this is a wonderful time-saver that is tasty in its own right.”
