“I purchased 9 packages of these capsules because CBTl was offering a 15% discount. As soon as the order was posted I noted that I forgot to insert the code. I immediatedly called the guestservice and guesthelp numbers and sent 2 emails to correct that, but no live person would answer, and response to the emails stating that they do not accept incomming email was received. As far as I can tell, there is no customer service. Order # 30471233.”

“I cannot recommend CBTL because I need the Caffitaly coffee maker to brew the coffee, and my machine fails 9 out of 10 times to brew the coffee. I have to run a cycle without a pod to clean it out every time. Even then, it fails occasionally. I have been told 3 times that CBTL would get back to me after I complained; but, I have not heard a thing. I have been a loyal customer for several years. Too bad CNTL dropped the ball.”
