“I received the wrong capsules and there is NO path to return or exchange anything; no human contact for customer service. I wonder what has gone wrong at CBTL. I've been a customer since they first opened. I use the espresso machines and regularly place big orders for capsules. Shocking that I could not reach anyone in customer service or at the corporate office or anywhere. I even tried asking my local shop in Los Feliz to contact them for me, and still no response. Very, very disappointing. It's already been a week. Customer service is crucial; CBTL obviously does not know that!”

“This espresso is as good as the fancy coffee places. I heat and foam some Oatly milk and add raw organic honey and cinnamon. Delish!”
