“The capsules work without any issue. Quality of the coffee is top notch. This is not a strong coffee and yet it isn't a weak coffee either. It is a very good every day cup of coffee that you will not regret buying and trying.”

“The capsules are very good, customer service is lacking. I sent a question to customer service on May 10, I received a response from them on May 14 stating that they would respond shortly.... Today is May 24 and I am still waiting to hear from them. CBTL:0035812 regarding order 30410309”
