“The only time I will buy this product is when shipping is free. It is very expensive and shipping just adds to the expense. It would be much better if I could purchase this in a local store like you can with K-cups.”

“love my Americana CBTL machine. Hope there are no plans to phase out the CBTL line in favor of that other brand single serve system. your stores seem incapable to place an order, I have tried two locations, and each attempt was flawed. nobody can be that stupid, so i have to believe it was lack of concern, and poor attention to detail. so I have to order online to get exactly what I want.”
