“I am very disappointed to see you no longer carry k-cup pods, especially the medium roast Costa Rica. I doubt I will buy anything else from you. The capsules will not work in my coffee maker.”

“The coffee is of a medium nature. To be honest, its the only one that is not sold out, which is why I keep buying it... We use it Verismo machine.”
