“I was disappointed that the box of Bali Blue Moon K-Cups arrived ripped open. I requested a replacement box or a refund, but have not received a reply. I am a long-time custodian The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, but am disappointed with the poor customer service.”

“The coffee is amazing, I love it. Unfortunately I will never purchase from this company again after the lack of help finding my shipment. I was talked to like I'm stupid, nobody would listen to me about locating my order. My order was received later with a note inside from some random shop that apologized for receiving my order in error. At the same time I'm getting an email my you're customer support trying to teach how to use a tracking number. Very frustrating.”
