“1 star review reflects the extremely late delivery of product (this has happened before, built into their delivery system apparently). This will be the last time I order from them directly via eCommerce. Ordered product on Feb 24. It's now March 13 and it still hasn't arrived. In fact, the tracking says product is still in facility in La Miranda, CA as of Feb 27, 1:05pm. No other updates since. I'll be calling to cancel order for refund. Too bad as a loyal customer and great product, but this is unacceptable to wait 18 days and counting. No one waits that long in today's eCommerce environment.”
