Oh no! I am so sorry that the Viennese roast kcups were not a good fit. Sumatran coffee tends to have a distinctive smokiness and full body that is not for everyone's palate since here in U.S. most folks are accustomed to the flavor characteristics of Central and South American coffees. You may find that you prefer our Viennese kcups more, as these kcups are a Central and South American blend which we roast dark like they do in Vienna.

“All three coffees i ordered had manufactured dates ( assume this means roasting date) from 2020... some were roasted over 10 months ago. I'm used to having coffee ordered on line roasted and delivered 1-2 weeks maximum after placing the order. Your business model isn't acceptable to me.”
