“I had a CB&TL brand coffee at a Hilton brand hotel, and liked it so much, I looked it up on the CB&TL website. Couldn't find it, so I e-mailed CB&TL. Amanda responded promptly, with an explanation that that brand was exclusive to Hilton, but she recommended Cerrado as a similar taste profile. Now I can start every day with a great tasting cup of Cerrado, and I was very impressed by Amanda's prompt reply and recommendation.”
