“Not a dark roast. very light, I'd say almost blonde. very disappointed in the coffee. Hoping to get away from starbucks who keep changing their blends down to blonde.”

“We had this coffee while on a weekend getaway in California and absolutely loved it! I researched the company who makes it and discovered there is a nearby store. I went to the store, but they don't carry the Brazil Cerrado "Dark" version of it (they carry the "light"). So, unfortunately, I have to order this online and pay for shipping. It would be great if your stores would carry the Brazil Cerrado Dark!!”

“Well the fact that I used a 25% coupon code that you invalidated on checked did not help this review. Also contacting customer service three times with no resolution also leaves a bad taste in the mouth. It is quite clear you do not value your customers.”
