“I only give one star, not because of the coffee, but because of the service getting the coffee out when ordered online. I order this coffee 6 to 12 bags at a time for a client, I order next-day air, but there always seems to be a problem. The last time I made an order I order next-day delivery, UPS said on its tracking that the coffee was not given to them in time to ship the next day, even thou there was lots of time to get my order out in time to reach me the next day. It does not always happen, but always seem to be happy when I need coffee right away. Please work on the shipping in order for people to get what they pay for.”
