“While the coffee is fantastic I'm truly disappointed with CBTL service. The only way to reach a team member is by email, I have emailed 3 times, once a week for the last 3 weeks, without a reply! I have purchased my coffee from CBTL for many years ( min. 25) and I'm so upset that I can't reach a person. I'm looking for a new coffee now.”

“My roommate swears by a Dark (burnt) Roast that comes from a certain Bean that I needn't mention. I just opened up a bag of the above-mentioned Beans and after enjoying that first whiff of the aroma, offered the same to her. She exclaimed "Oh my, there is no bitterness like Pe...." she trailed off. "Yep", was the only reply needed. The Beans had spoken for themselves. She continued to ask me a bit more about medium roasting and where these beans had come from. You've just gotten a new devotee.”

“I am happiest with this medium roast whole bean coffee when I brew it a bit stronger than other coffees - it helps give it a bit more body. Delicious.”

“The coffee beans were stale and over roasted. Single origin coffee beans need to be extra lightly roasted. These beans were highly over roasted leading to a very bitter taste.”
