“The coffee is great, but the shipping is worse than lousy. Just look at how the shipment moved around the country. And the box was crushed on one end. Happily it didn't break the coffee bags. A better shipping arrangement should be a must. “What an unique coffee. Bold enough to excite but not bitter with a fragrant and full taste. WOW! This is now my favorite roast and origin bean. Glad to know you COFFEBEAN Direct and this fabulous coffee .”

“I grind just enough to last two days and store the grounds in a tight glass jar. It is stored in a dark place at room temp. We normally brew 8 cups at a time. I only drink the the first brew for the best flavor. After it sits in the carafe for about 15 minutes; it begins to lose its flavor.”

“As I indicated above, we have been getting this grind (whole beans) since 2006 as we happened with family in Cali into one of your So Cal shops. Time and place were perfect and so was the coffee. I saved the cup heat band since you had your website on it as I knew we needed this coffee in our lives. It has been a great 7 1/2 years and keep up the good work!”
