“The coffee is great. However… In reguards to the purchase, i have auto send subscription and i needed coffee prior To my send date. So i purchesed 7 bags at 10 a bag. The next day my scription said i could of paid 8 a bag???? Why didnt they offer that the day before? So i way overpaid Not happy about the way that was handled”

It is disappointing to hear you are dissatisfied. Our subscription program locks you into 10% off MSRP at time of purchase. One major benefit of the subscription program is that you get locked into the current MSRP and the price will stay the same, even if the MSRP increases. Coffee prices have been increasing industry wide so in the long term the subscription is a prudent choice. However, in addition to operating a subscription program, we also operate limited time promotional offers. All customers are welcome to participate in any promotional if they wish. We would just recommend to subscribers that they should log in to reschedule their next subscription shipment and place a separate order with the promotional code applied f they wish to participate in a promotional offer in the short term.
