“Greate coffee but Coffee Beans did send me a very old roasted coffee from last year roasted. Super disappointing but the best coffee that I have.”

“I never got to taste this coffee. It came as ground coffee and my coffee machine only uses whole beans. I emailed customer service and asked if I could return this coffee for one in bean form. I have not heard back from Coffee bean. This is frustrating because I love Coffee Bean products but not having a direct phone line to chat with someone in customer service is frustrating. I still want to send this coffee back and trade it for something in whole bean form. Please respond.”
