“The coffee has gone down in quality. It used to be my favorite. It is not as flavorful as in the past. In addition, Customer Service was very unsatisfactory. I was not allowed to use my $100. gift card for my purchase so I had to pay for my purchase with a credit card unnecessarily. I contacted Customer Service and requested they deduct the purchase from my $100 gift card and issue a credit to my credit card. To date, they have not. I am quite disappointed with my recent experience with CBTL.”
