“Love this coffee but sometimes the strength varies from bag to bag. We use the exact same proportions of water and coffee, same grind but sometimes it’s much much weaker.”

Sorry for the frustrations. We recommend to verify the water temperature and brew time each time you brew. Changes in water temperature and length of brew time can also impact how strong a coffee tastes.
