“Very disappointing. I accidentally put the wrong address and I realized right after I made the purchase. I tried numerous times right after the mistake to try and get my order either canceled or changed. I did not receive any help until a week later and even after that they just found my order and told me it was going to the original address. I was really looking forward to trying these beans. Just wish I could have gotten help sooner.”

“I do love the espresso coffee. I make my own blended drinks at home, as there are no Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations near me. I am, however, upset that the powders have gone up $10 more than the usual price. That is just absurd! I WILL NOT be buying that from this site any longer.”

“Coffee Bean’s Espresso Roast is my longtime favorite roast. I’ve had to try others, and they don’t have the rich, toasted flavor and moist beans. One cappuccino in the morning and you’re set for a whole great day!”
