“Upon receiving my bag of beans, I could tell it wasn't vacuum sealed, and the beans were a bit dry as they left no residue in the grinder. The taste of the coffee was other than French, acceptable, but not French Roast.”

Thank you for your review. Rather than vacuuming sealing the bags, we use an alternative method of removing oxygen from the bags. This process (nitrogen flushing) is often considered to be more effective than vacuum sealing. It is disappointing to hear the coffee was not roasted to standard.
