“I have been a customer for over 30 years and for the last 20 years have ordered your coffee on line since we moved from California to Arizona. Obviously I am happy with your coffee. My only negative comment is that for many years shipping was free but that changed a few years ago. Would love to see that option come back!”

“I have not received my order. It shipped on 2/20/24. UPS indicates it is delayed. UPS instructed me to contact the shipper. I sent an email to you on 3/6/24, AND HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED A RESPONSE. WTF!”
