“Sadly, the coffee was an old bag of coffee. Stale and bitter. I tried to email them twice with an inquiry but received no response. In order to truly tell if this coffee is good would require a fresh bag. Kindly, Customer Service answer my inquiry. Thank you.”

“When ordering the coffee, nothing went right! 1. I was charged without oking the purchase. 2. I didn't receive the 25% discount. I Ordered 6 Bags of House Blend coffee beans! Love the coffee , BUT... The Customer Service Experience was horrible”
