“I love your Mocha Java coffee. It is delicious with no bitterness and has great flavor. However, I feel it's too expensive and your periodic sales, with anywhere between 15% and 25% off is disappointing. I'd much rather pay a reasonable price 'all' the time, rather than waiting for your sales to pay a reasonable price for your coffee 'some' of the time.”
