“I used to live by a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles and the Creme Brulee was my go-to! When family would come into town they insisted we visit and they would purchase some to take home. I moved away to Minnesota and saw I could buy this online. I was thrilled! I bought 4 packages of Creme Brulee to have at my home as well as gift to my mother. Image our massive disapointment when we received these and there was ZERO Creme Brulee and ZERO flavor. It's quite honestly, very terrible tasting "regular" roast coffee. The whole reason I purchased 4 packages was for the aroma and the amazing taste. Such a bummer.. we won't even drink it, the taste is so bad. Your products have gone massively downhill.”
