“I've tried a lot of green teas, but this by far is among my favorites. For a long time. I couldn't even buy green tea during the pandemic when everything was scarce. So glad it's back and available I typically buy two at a time so when one is gone, I know I need to order again....I'm told I get a little grumpy when I run out - LOL. Grumpy is a little harsh, though I may pout a little...Nothing but smiles now though.”

“This is my favorite tea of all time. I discovered this tea several years ago and although I can't find it locally, fortunately I can buy it online. The flavors in this tea are amazing, it calms and relaxes me. I highly recommend you try this tea if you haven't already. You will not be disappointed.”

“Didn’t care for this at all, had a soap taste to it. Gave it away to a tea lover, and they felt the same way. Would not recommend. Tasted like a candle would smell.”

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the frustrations. This tea contains licorice root and star anise, which causes the tea to have a syrupy body. If you otherwise tend to enjoy spices such as cinnamon, you may find that you enjoy adding cinnamon to one of our other black teas such as English Breakfast, Estate Darjeeling, or Vanilla Ceylon.
