“I purchased 5 tins plus one other blend to only find once I received them in the mail that they only had 60 days before they expired. Emailed to ask if they could go long and was told to follow the expiration on the tin. Totally felt like all I purchased was their leftovers and at 85.00 that's some expensive leftovers.”

“The company tricked me. It has artificial flavors in it!!!! I didn't think about when I ordered it. Earl Grey and English breakfast do not. Buyer beware. I tried to find a way looking for a refund and it didn't let me get all the way to end. So I couldn't get it and apricot Ceylon has artificial flavors too. Wtf”

“I was a bit disappointed to find that the satchels are not even halfway full. I have to use 2 satchels to get any kind of flavor in a 6oz cup of tea. I bought these to make chai lattes, but the flavor is so weak that even a tablespoon of vanilla powder instantly overpowers it.”
