“The tea is excellent. However, the tin had a dent on the front. I would probably buy the tea from a store next time rather than ordering it through the website.”

“I am not reviewing the product but rather the service. I ordered this and other products three weeks ago and I haven't received the items, no updates, nothing. My credit card was charged though. I emailed customer service a few days ago and still no response. There is no urgency but I want to know if I'm going to eventually get what I ordered.”
