“I have tried chai tea lattes everywhere! CBTL is by far the best due to a perfect mixer off all spices and ingredients. I would never buy a chai tea latte anywhere else. There needs to be more CBTL in Phoenix. A few months I decided to do something which is extreme for me and that is I bought the ingredients from CBTL to make a chai tea latte at home. It's the best decision I've made! I still have to drive to a CBTL, the closest is 20+ minutes away, to get more products and to collect on my rewards. In my opinion for an individual like myself that has spent a great deal of money in just a few months CBTL should offer other promotions besides a free drink, for example, a promotional coupon for products. Anyother reward company would be sending me free drinks, promotions and even free products (mugs, tea, powder) due to the amount of money I've spent during the short amount of time. That is very disappointing but love the chai tea latte and am a loyal customer for life. Just wish they would acknowledge that fact like other companies would have by now. Also no points for ordering product online is strange and frustrating since there are not CBTL stores in central Phoenix and I have to drive 1-2 times a week 20+ more minutes just to get to the store and then 20+ minutes getting back. I love their products and they have amazing products which is a possibility why they do not treat their loyal customers as they should.”

“This blend of Chai Tea is the best I have found in dry herbal form. I have tried many brands including Harney and Sons. I have my whole family hooked on Chai Tea - as long as it is from Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf. If you enjoy Chai Tea, this is a must.”
